Soulbody Yoga classes with Soundbath and/or Meditation

Monday 6.30pm Vibrational healing and sound bath with HELENA and DAVE
with gongs, chimes, tuning forks, crystal bowls, chalices, chakra toning, piano and more healing sounds. Our next one will be on Monday 9th January 2023 (fortnighlty).

Tuesday  6.30pm, weekly singing circle with HELENA and DAVE
We sing songs from different traditions the world over, and give everyone the option to either bring a song to the circle, or choose from our collection of songs. In this way we intend for this event to be suited to all tastes. Drums, rattles and dancing are most welcome!

Wednesday  10am Morning Yoga/Bothmer for all ages/abilities with HELENA
